Ben Heuston, the director of BJH has over a decade of high-end domestic building experience behind him. Ben attracts most of his work through referrals from clients that have been delighted with the quality of their renovation or works.
During his apprenticeship, Ben was lucky enough to learn the entire bathroom processes from his boss and now mentor. All waterproofing, tiling and caulking is completed by Ben himself. This means fewer subcontracting trades are needed to coordinate, keeping the bathroom running on time and making it more cost effective for clients.
A great builder has a great team of trades behind them. Ben prides himself on the great relationships and affiliations he has with all trades and can attribute this to his many successful jobs. These strong relationships streamline the renovation process and ensures it is completed to the same high standard every time.
At BJH a quote is a quote. Ben is extremely thorough and meticulous with his quoting process. This time spent with clients during the planning and quoting phase is to ensure that clients have a clear understanding and get exactly what they want out of the renovation and are not subjected to variation bills at the completion of jobs.
